100% barrel fermented and matured in new French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose opens with lifted fleshy white peach and apricot aromas followed by some cashew and nougat. Medium weight the mid palate is a touch on the light side with flavours of white peach overlaid by cashew and nougat finishing with some spice. Aftertaste of cashew, nougat and spice.
