Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted lemon and lime top notes over some orange rind and mineral. Crisp and crunchy the palate has flavours of lemon and lime followed by some green apple with a steely mineral core. Zesty acid finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
