Opaque black dark crimson purple colour with dark red purple hue. The nose provides a bouquet of blackcurrant and dark mulberry interlaced with a hint of liquorice followed by some cigar box and spice. Medium bodied blackcurrant and mulberry flavours overlay some liquorice, cedar, light tobacco and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Elegant and savoury with a medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice.
