A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 5% Mataro. Deep dark red colour with a brick red hue. Aromas of stewed plum and a touch of liquorice merge into some scorched earth and spice characters. Softly textured palate flavours of liquorice and stewed plums are intermixed with some scorched earth and spice. Soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy scorched earth, stewed plums and a touch of liquorice.
