2012 Shaw & Smith Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with light red hue. The nose shows good perfumed lift with scents of ripe dark cherries, dark plum, anise, toasty oak and spice emanating from the glass. Light to medium bodied with good textural mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of dark cherries and plum followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, plum and spicy oak.
Cellar 3-4 years.
