The fruit for this Chardonnay is sourced from the Macedon Ranges and Geelong regions. Brilliant straw colour with a hint of a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Delicate white peach aromas are interlaced with cashew, biscuit, light nougat, toast and spice showing very good intensity. Medium to full bodied the palate features generous peach and nectarine flavours over a background of cashew, nougat, roasted almonds and spice. Clean dry finish and quite creamy in texture. Long satisfying aftertaste of peach, cashew, light toast and spice.
