2012 Sevenhill Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb colour displaying an inky black crimson core and deep crimson red black hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe blackcurrants over some liquorice and dark plum with underlying cedar and spice. Full bodied with abundant richness the palate is filled with ripe blackcurrant flavours alongside some liquorice and black cherries with underlying spicy vanillin cedar. Firm solidly built tannins provide the framework. Long blackcurrant, liquorice, black cherry and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.
