2012 Samuel Billaud Chablis Les Grands Terroirs

Brilliant very pale straw colour with the faintest tinge of green on the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate pear scents followed by some wet stone, a hint of cashew and mineral. Fresh and crunchy the palate possesses pristine flavours of lime and green apple over some wet stone and mineral like characters. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of lime, green apple and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
