Brilliant very pale straw colour with very distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of pear, apple and citrus followed by some lime and mineral end notes. On the palate flavours of fresh pear, citrus and green apple with a clean crisp mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of citrus, pear, green apple and mineral.
