A blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. Deep dark red black colour with a dark purple black tinged hue. Aromas of toasty charred oak overlay some dark cherries, tobacco leaf and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has dark cherry and tobacco flavours intermixed with subtle bay leaf infusions and spicy toasty cedar. Soft fine grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste of dark cherries, tobacco leaf and spicy toasty cedar.
