2012 Petit Clos by Clos Henri Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with crimson red hue. The nose shows good lift with aromas of ripe black cherries, some anise, toasty oak and spice. Medium weight with good generosity the palate possesses rich ripe flavours of black cherries and anise followed by some smoky dried meats and a spicy back palate. Very good power wave with slightly chewy but fine grained tannin structure. Long black cherry, anise and spicy smoked meats aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
