A blend of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay. Good frothy white mousse with a salmon pink tinged base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Lifted aromas of ripe pear intermixed with strawberry and cherry are followed by some yeasty characters. The palate finishes quite dry with refreshing flavours of pear and cherry followed by some yeasty toast like characters on the back palate. Aftertaste of pear, cherry and toasty characters.
