Brilliant very pale straw colour with light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose lime top notes are followed by some citrus, light mandarin and mineral. Concentrated lime and citrus flavours dominate the palate supported by a steely acid structure with some orange rind and mineral also present. Clean crisp acid finish. Long lime, lemon and orange mineral aftertaste.
