Matured in 450 litre French oak puncheons. Bright straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a very pale straw hue. The nose displays ripe apple, citrus and pear aromas overlaid by honeysuckle with quince like end notes. Fresh, vibrant fruit flavours of ripe apple, citrus and tropical fruits are overlaid by honeysuckle and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, ripe apples, honeysuckle and spice.
