Matured in 500 litre French oak puncheons for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lifted ripe peach top notes followed by some cashew, nougat, biscuit and spice. Light to medium weight with an elegant slightly creamy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of white peach and citrus that are followed by some cashew, faint nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with good acid structure. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew, nougat and light spice.
