2012 O'Leary Walker Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays an intense bouquet of lemon and lime top notes followed by some orange rind, a touch of talc and some steely mineral end notes. The palate shows good concentration with flavours of lemon, lime and orange rind all tightly wrapped up in a steely mineral like structure. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-8 years.
