Opaque black dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Meaty dark cherry aromas are followed by smoky cedar, a hint of liquorice and blackpepper. Medium bodied, elegant and meaty in texture the palate delivers flavours of dried meats, dark cherries, toasty cedar, earth and blackpepper. Dry finish with slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, liquorice, smoky dried meats, earth and blackpepper.
