Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of citrus, green apple, some light herbaceous grassy characters and mineral end notes. On the palate citrus flavours are overlaid with some herbaceous grassy characters followed by some light asparagus on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish. Medium to long gooseberry, herbaceous grassy character and citrus aftertaste.
