Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays citrusy crunchy green apple top notes followed by some pear, light cashew and spice. Citrus and pear flavours make an appearance on the front palate followed by some creamy cashew, dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of creamy cashew, dried honey and spice.
