Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour
with very faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Very aromatic nose
showing superb intensity with uplifted scents of lemon and lime followed by some orange rind and mineral. The palate is bursting
with flavour delivering concentrated lemons and limes over some orange rind finishing with a crisp mineral infused finish. Persistent
aftertaste of lemon, lime, orange rind and mineral.
