Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose herbaceous grassy characters intermix with gooseberry and citrus followed by a touch of mineral as an end note. Clean, crisp and dry the palate has flavours of herbaceous gooseberry overlaid by some grassy characters followed by some citrus and dried spicy herbs. Clean refreshingly dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, subtle gooseberry and citrus.
