A Classic Mollydooker Boxer Shiraz.
Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak using 60% new and 40% one year old barrels.
Totally opaque inky black colour with dark crimson red black hue. Ripe blackberry and dark plum aromas exude out of the glass followed by some liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Rich opulent fruit floods the palate in voluptuously textured fashion. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum are overlaid by toasty oak with some spice on the back palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Superb richness and power with long dark plum, ripe blackberry, toasty oak and spicy pepper aftertaste.
