Produced from 50 year old vines. Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinged rim and watery hue. On the nose lime and citrus scents are intermixed with some green apple followed by some spice end notes. Citrus and lime flavours are underpinned by a steely acid structure with some talc also present. Clean crisp finish with long lime, citrus and talcy mineral aftertaste.
