Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose herbaceous grassy citrus like notes are followed by some gooseberry and subtle green apple and mineral. The palate is quite dry displaying flavours of herbaceous gooseberry and citrus with some grassy dried herb overtones. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus and dried herbs.
