A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot that has been matured in French oak for 16 months.
Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red black tinged hue. The nose displays ripe blackcurrant and mulberry top notes alongside some dark chocolate with underlying cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses a generous flavour profile of ripe blackcurrants and dark mulberry with cedary cigar box like characters and spice on the back palate. Supportive fine grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, mulberry and spicy cedar.
