Semi translucent bright crimson red colour with crimson red hue. Pronounced ripe dark cherry and strawberry aromas are followed by a hint of anise, subtlety toasted cedar, some meatiness and spice. Light in body weight the palate has generous ripe dark cherry and strawberry flavours followed by some cedar, subtle meatiness and spice. Very fine grained almost velvety tannins. Medium to long dark cherry, strawberry, meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
