2012 Maritime Estate Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose offers up an aromatic profile of ripe pear, tropical fruits, a touch of musk and some spice end notes. Medium weight with flavours of ripe pear, tropical fruits, some ripe apple and spice. Clean dry finish with good acid balance. The wine requires some time in bottle to fill out. Aftertaste of ripe pear, apple and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
