2012 Lonely Vineyard Shiraz

Inky black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aniseed aromas lead the way followed by blackberry, dark plum, vanillin cedar and spice. Rich and juicy, the medium to full bodied palate still possesses a remarkable level of freshness with bright dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits overlaying vanillin cedar, faint scorched earth and spicy pepper nuances. Silky yet vibrant in its feel with very polished tannins. Concludes with a long refined aftertaste.
