2012 Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak. Opaque black crimson red colour with a dark crimson red hue. The nose shows excellent intensity with lifted ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas followed by some black olives, cedar, tobacco and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant refined structure the palate features flavours of rich blackcurrants, dark cherries and mulberries followed by cedary tobacco and light spicy earth on the back palate. Very fine grained beautifully balanced tannin structure. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark cherries, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 8-10 years.
