Opaque black dark purple colour with dark purple red hue. Ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum scents waft from the glass followed by some vanillin confectionary and spice. Full bodied with a soft opulent mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice showing good richness with underlying nuances of vanillin oak and spice. Silky smooth tannins with long ripe blackberry, dark plum and spicy vanillin oak aftertaste.
