Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach aromas are intermixed with dried honey and light butterscotch followed by some nougat and spice. Medium weight the palate features fresh white peach flavours alongside some dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat. Clean dry finish with fresh cleansing acidity. Moderately creamy mouthfeel with a medium to long dried honey, cashew, light nougat and spice aftertaste.
