2012 Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge and a watery hue. Fresh white peach and nectarine aromas are followed by some cashew, light toast and spice showing excellent intensity. Medium weight with a creamy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of white peach intertwined with cashew and light dried honey characters followed by some toast and spice. Clean dry finish and subtle elegant mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of white peach, dried honey, cashew, nougat and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
