2012 Knight Granite Hills Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Aromas of spicy dried cherries and strawberries are intermixed with vanillin cedar and dried herbs. Light in weight and beginning to dry out the palate has a mixture of dried cherry and strawberry flavours with vanillin cedar and spicy dried herbs ensuing. Bright acidity with a dry finish and finely grained tannins. Modest aftertaste of spice, dried cherries, subtle strawberries, vanillin cedar and dried herbs.
