Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lifted white peach scents intermixed with some cashew and nougat followed by light honeycomb and spice end notes. Medium bodied the palate has a soft creamy mouthfeel delivering flavours of white peach and citrus over some toasty oak and spicy nougat. Clean dry finish with well-balanced acidity. Aftertaste of white peach, toasty oak, cashew and spice.
