2012 Katnook Founder's Block Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a pale straw hue. Aromas of ripe peach and apricot are intermixed with some dried honey characters followed by some cashew and nougat. Creamy in texture the palate features flavours of peaches and apricots overlaid by dried honey and cashew with a spicy dry finish. Aftertaste of dried honey, apricot, cashew and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
