2012 Katnook Founder's Block Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with a dark crimson red hue. On the nose blackcurrant and mulberry aromas are followed by some cedar, tobacco and spice. The palate possesses good richness within its medium bodied frame delivering flavours of blackcurrants and mulberries followed by a hint of black olive over some cedar and spice. Very fine grained, beautifully integrated tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, light tobacco and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
