Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep very dark crimson red hue. The nose reveals scents of liquorice, black cherries and subtle black olives followed by vanillin cedar and a touch of blackpepper as an end note. Bold liquorice and black cherry flavours are to the fore over a background of subtle black olives, smoky vanillin cedar and blackpepper. Solid structure with finely grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, black olives, smoky cedar and blackpepper.
