Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lemony top notes followed by some lime, green apple and steely mineral. Possessing flavours of lemon, lime and crunchy green apple within a steely structure the palate has a dry flinty mineral infused finish. Crisp snappy acidity bodes well for long term cellaring. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
