Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with watery hue. On the nose lemon and lime aromas are to the fore followed by some orange rind and steely mineral end notes. The palate delivers concentrated flavours of lime and lemon followed by some green apple with a crisp mineral infused finish. Excellent length with long lime, lemon and mineral aftertaste.
