Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with distinctive greenish highlights on the edges and a watery hue. Fleshy white peach and tropical fruit scents are followed by some citrus and light spice. Fruit driven palate dominated by ripe peach and apricot flavours over some ripe apple and spice. Clean dry finish with snappy acidity followed by an aftertaste of ripe peach, apricot and spice.
