2012 Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. Lifted ripe cherry and strawberry scents are followed by some subtlety toasted cedar, game and spice. The palate possesses youthful bursts of ripe dark cherry and strawberry fruit followed by some subtle smoky oak and spice. Good power with velvet smooth tannins and medium to long ripe dark cherry, strawberry, light smoky oak and spice aftertaste.
