Bright pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays ripe lime top notes intermixed with some granny smith apple and citrus with a faint touch of mineral as an end note. On the palate ripe lime and citrus flavours are followed by some orange blossom and mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus and orange blossom.
