2012 Fire Block Old Vine Grenache

Deep dark red core with a dark red hue. Lifted dark raspberry and liquorice scents meld into some vanillin cedar and scorched earth with spice end notes. Medium to full bodied juicy dark raspberry, dark plum and liquorice flavours fill the mouth over scorched earth infusions with a spiciness running the length of the palate. Succulent textural feel with soft velvety tannins and an aftertaste of spicy dark raspberries, liquorice and scorched earth.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
