Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays intense top notes of fleshy white peach and nectarine overlaid by some funky flinty match stick notes followed by some subtle cashew and spice. The palate sports mouthfilling flavours of fresh white peach and nectarine followed by some funky flinty characters with light cashew and spice making an appearance on the back palate. Excellent textural mouthfeel which will fill the palate out further with bottle age. Clean dry finish with long white peach, flinty match stick and subtle cashew aftertaste.
