2012 Escarpment Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of ripe pear and apple followed by some quince and spice. The palate features ripe pear and apple flavours over some light dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of pear, ripe baked apple and lightly spiced dried honey.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
