2012 Edradour Pinot Noir Cask Finish 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Over the years, Edradour have matured malts in a diverse range of wine casks, however this one's a first for us. Pinot Noir is generally lighter bodied and more subtle than Cabernet or Shiraz, so it'll be interesting to see how it holds up to Edradour's big distillate. Cask #715 yielded 840 bottles at 48.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
