2012 Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils Reserve Bourgogne Coteaux des Moines

Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose presents aromas of white peach and pear intermixed with some citrusy honeysuckle characters followed by some wet stone and mineral end notes. Relatively light in weight but with good textural feel the palate features flavours of ripe pears, peaches and dried honey over a background of wet stone with a trace of spice also evident. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, subtle peach, dried honey and wet stone.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
