Totally opaque black purple colour with deep very dark purple hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe blackberries, black cherries and a touch of liquorice with a spicy toasted oak overlay. Rich ripe palate flavours of blackberry, black cherry and liquorice with overtones of toasty oak and some spice on the back palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Good length with medium to long blackberry, liquorice, black cherry and spicy charry oak aftertaste.
