Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. A bouquet of lime and citrus notes are followed by some light talc and mineral. On the palate lime and citrus flavours are dominate finishing clean and crisp with minerally infusions. Aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
