2012 Delas Ventoux Rouge

Very deep near opaque dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson purple hue. The nose displays pronounced black raspberry and dark ripe cherry aromas followed by some liquorice, incense and light spicy earth. Light to medium bodied the palate possesses generous black raspberry flavours with some liquorice, meaty earth and spice also present. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black raspberry, liquorice, earth and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
